Hello, i integrated the supraximal hold in my chest workout because i wanted to up my strengt with bc.
I did it two times in 2-3 weeks, and just after this i was able to lift 8*50kg whereas my max rep in 50kg is 4-5.
And today i did my str chest workout without this, and i was not able to lift more than 3*50kg.
(i did something like that as warmup : 11510kg, 11030kg… 3*50kg)
I dunno if this is had to do with the fact i trained hard during 3 days before this workout or if my strengh in benchpress just have not progressed, and even regressed.
