supps

I just got some 4ad-ec from my local gym. i also got some 19-nor, creatine, and animal stack. ive been taking cyclo z-mass for the last couple weeks, and trying to cut some weight by eating not much more than protein. i am about to start school, at which point i will have classes all day, including STREGNTH TRAINING at around 1230, and then football practice at 330.

does anyone have any suggestions on how i can use these supplements to my BEST ADVANTAGE, and maybe some tips on what to eat to get ripped, maybe lose some fat and keep the muscle.
