Should I go with an unflavored creatine monohydrate powder as a mix-in for during and PWO drinks? I only ask because with the creatine pills you are to take ten daily; 3 morning, 4 pre workout; and 3 before you sleep. What I have learned so far about creatine is that it is best for during and post workout. How much of a difference; if any will it make to go from pills throughout the day to powder at exact times?
