I set my buddy up on a T-Dawg 2.0 diet. He is a college ex-football player (DE) looking to cut up for spring break.
Right now, he is taking 5 g of glutamine of an empty stomach and doing cardio in the morning (Trying to burn some fat without breaking down much muscle). I also have him taking 5 g of creatine PWO. He has plenty of BF to drop before I am going to tell him to incorporate a fat burner (I think I will wait til he gets below 12% BF).
Any suggestions with the supplments?
Glutamine or creatine at night/morning?
Any other suppliment suggestion?
