I have been looking into different supplements, and I have come across a few that seem impresive. The fist one is Citrulline malate which is supposed to improve ATP production by 34%or something. But is Citrulline really that effective at enhansing Aerobic capacity like creatine does
anaerobic capacity?? are NO. supps any good or do they have bad results,and side effects??? Also I read that any products that have arginine have bad side effect is this true??? What I do know is the Surge is a great product, I mean it tastes great and works great too. I also enjoy Powerdrive.
