Usually, after my workouts, I drink a protein shake which contains 20g protein, 1g fat, 22.3g carbohydrates (sugars), 125mg sodium, 125mg potassium, 500mg calcium, plus various amino acids. Is this adequate? I don’t know anything about post-workout nutrition, nor do I have access to anything like Surge.

Also, I am currently taking Creatine, but I’m thinking of adding a supplement for recovery. Which is better, Ribose or L-Glutamine?
