Supplements w/ Iron

Currently I am taking a supplement pack and one of the supplements it comes with is iron. I heard that iron is dangerous to a male, but some poorly done research says that things like free range radicals appear over time.

One of the other ingredients is selenium, which cuts down on free range particles and Vitamin E, which i heard tunes down the absorbsion of iron into the body. Am I as ok as i think i am by taking them or should i just scrap them all?

Id stay away from supplemental iron as a male. You should get plenty from your diet and we as males dont have a natural blood let every month that would lower hemocrit to a good level

or get in lots of fights where you end up bleeding a LOT on a regular basis :slight_smile:
