Certain supplements you could probably take a break from (ones that you have to worry about the body getting used to and losing some of their 'kick'), others, that typically have to build up in your system for a bit, well, you may want to ride them out. If you're not going to be training, I would definitely stick with the creatine. That, and trying to keep up as much of a decent protein/frequent feeding diet as you can manage would probably minimize any potential loss/damage.
Don't obsess too much though. Breaks are always a good thing
