Fish oil, ALA, cinnamon.

Co-Q10 and CLA (not sure if they do or not).

any input here

ahh yes, forgot magnesium and also I believe chromium as well, I take a mult-vitamin already, but not sure they have high enough amounts. Might be time to go back to ZMA

stuff I use… apple cider vinegar, fish oil, Receptormax (R-ALA/cinnamon), magnesium (from ELITEPRO Minerals)

Stuff I don’t use but helps: taurine/arginine.

edit: well actually I sort of use arginine since I have MAG-10/ANACONDA during my workouts which contain citrulline malate, which is like an arginine precursor IIRC.
