Supplements that dont mix!???

I have heard when you take glutamine and creatine at the same time they both fight for adsorption. Is there any truth in this statement? Are there any other supplements that have a negative side effect when mixed??


i have heard the same thing, but im not entirly sure.

i’ll tell ya some pretty crap stack tho!

-adding fats to a postworkout drink
-adding fibre to a postworkout drink
-adding caffeine to a postworkout drink

-melatonin and ephidrine (you will feel like shit)
-L-carntine and chromium (not because they compete just cause they both suck ass)

damn there must be hundreds of stupid stack out there now that i think of it… :slight_smile:
