anyway, what are the best supplements to take when on a cycle? which one’s have you guys reacted the best with for strength? size? recovery? helping maintain gains?
for supps, same as normal. sometimes we double during cycle and after for a couple weeks through initial stages of recovery. i like to scale supplement use with caloric intake, moreso the protein and fat component as i alter carb intake to activity levels and whether i want muscle growth or more fatloss.
you may want to take liver pills throughout and a liver supp like the one made by NOW or genuine health while and after using 17aa.
Start by taking more amino acid supplements.
