Wondering, what do you guys take on your day off from the gym? Do you continue to take your regular pills/powders or only take protein, etc. etc.?
I use whey protein if for some reason I am too lazy to cook my chicken. I use creatine on off days when I supplement with it. I also supp’ with fish oil and a multi-vitamin everyday.
EDIT: Almost forgot. I use Metabolic Drive in my morning oatmeal EVERYDAY!
The only supplements I take exclusive to workout days are the Surge Workout Fuel and Surge Recovery.
