Supplements on a Budget

I am having trouble deciding on how I should allocate my supplement budget so I am turning to you all for some opinions!

Should I buy Micellar Casein or ZMA?

I cannot afford both and have never taken either!

Regardless of goal, I would go with the protein.

I have always had whey post workout and never let myself run out of that but i have been needed to add something pre bed for a while.

I am seeing a definite pattern towards the MC though so thanks!

The deal with the casein before bed is because it digests slowly. In the past, when I only had a giant 5lb jug of Whey, but I wanted to slow the digestion (prebed), I’d add some peanut butter, or mix it with milk instead of water.

Yup, or for a disgustingly low digesting protein drink before bed… Whey with 1-2 tbsp of Flax oil… Mmm-mm-meerrrrhhhGGhh.
