Fish Oil. Thats pretty much the only supplement i can afford right now, not even protein powder. Been getting stronger so something must be still working

Why must a cheap protein be an isolate or hydroslate then?

Whey hydrolysate is easy on the digestive system and has a high absorption rate. same goes for isolates… highest quality, best absorption rates.

Whey hydros are not cheap

^^ I agree with the great LankyMofo that it’s more important to just get some protein in and not worry too much about how fast it’s absorbed and all that, especially if you’re a relatively young guy and not at some elite level or anything.

Money is tight eat more cheaper protein is better advice.
