Training, Protein be it food or supplement nailing both all the time and peri work out nutrition. more food to fill in the gaps there like your fats and carbs. Im a huge fan of Fish Oils.
Then for your goals maybe something like Carbolin 19 or Alpha Male. If you need a kick in the ass prior to training get Spike.
