i was wondering if anyone could recommend and supplements that might help with pain when working out i had surgery on my meniscus a few years ago and still have pain and recently got tennis and golfers elbow any help would be appreciated
I had surgery to remove a bit of my meniscus last May. Still not feeling great here also. There's some evidence to support the use of glucosamine and chondroitin, although there was an article a few weeks back in the NY Times suggesting that a large-scale study had found them generally ineffective. Haven't read the study itself so I can't really say. You might want to also try some fish oil.
