Supplements for Joint Pain

Just wanted to know what people are using for joint pain/health. Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM??? I have pain under my knee caps. The crunching noise my knees make walking up stairs is quite loud.

Flameout. Double dose really helps my knee pain.

Fish, coconut, olive and almond oils. Usually at least a tbsp at each meal.

Also, I had been using bromelain until recently, which worked wonderfully, until I recently had to discontinue taking it after reading that it was not a good idea for those with ulcers.

I usually up my fish oil intake.

In the past I’ve bought Universal Flex; seems to be one of their only supplements that’s not retarded. (IMO)

I don’t think supplements will stop this.

Pain with noise isn’t a good thing. My knees however sound like glass breaking when I squat. No pain, I just have noisy joints. I can crack my ankles like people crack their knuckles and it sounds like a 2x4 being split.
