good morning,

I am trying to cut some body fat while continuing to add strength. I have never supplemented with anything, and need some help figuring out what’s best to start a supplement regimen with. I’ve found information in various places, but a lot of it conflicts… so how bout;

Whats your diet like? Are you eating a protein powder? Are you taking fish oils? How many veggies are you getting?

Stick to the basics if you’re not taking anything yet. Then, after you make some progress, when it stops/slows, then you can take HRX to break the plateau.
