Supplements for Better Sleep

Anyone have a good Z-12 substitute?

5-htp and magnesium work for me

When I started taking ElitePro minerals, I noticed an improvement in sleep quality. I still struggle with quantity, but they sleep I DO get is VERY restorative.

I also use Melatonin for a similar effect.



Do you time it around bedtime at all or does it not matter?

I take it right before bed, along with some Flameout, melatonin and glocusamine with MSM…and apple cider vinegar and metamucil.

Isn’t getting old fun!? Haha.
