Supplements For Beginners

Is this stuff any good because i heard people taking good and bad about it and does andbody no if this is a good schedual for taking it:

6:45 3pills 20oz. of water
7:30 protein shake
8:30-9:30 Breakfast
12:00 3pills 20oz of water
12:45 lunch
2:30-3:30 Snack
6:00 3 pills 20 oz water
6:45 Dinner
8:30-10:00 snack
11:30 protein shake

and 60 oz more of water throughout the day

You are pre-occupying yourself with supplements and missing the big key: nutrition. I know you are sick and tired of people telling you this, but it can’t be anymore true. A stack is just a pile of pills unless you are providing your body with the stuff it needs to grow: food.

Post up a solid nutrition plan and then we can start talking about supplements.

You aren’t able to ask the people that make it… ?

Very well said. People keep taking pills and powders but forget food is still the most important thing you should take.
