I’ve been competing now for almost a year and am about to begin training in at 5am with a mentor of mine who has been competing since he was 17, now 50 years, is in incredible shape and has swept the scene over here in Japan! I’m in the USAF, he’s retired, both are over here in Japan.
What are the things that I should be taking/eating before and after my AM workouts? Supplements etc? I am in a bulking phase trying to hit 190lbs by December this year.
Currently 175lbs. Attached is a picture of myself and Mr. Moody(my training partner) during the overall pose down. I’m the short white guy to the left Moody is obviously centered!
