So im 18 about 6’7 and 270ish pounds. I need some info on taking mutltple supplements, and info on ‘cycling’ as i have no idea what it is. Currently im going to the gym 6 days a week with 1 off day of heavy stretching and relaxing
I just started seriously working out about 1 1/2 months ago and am ready to start suplementing. Need advice on good supplements to build serious strength and lose weight to be on calibur for my local community college athletics. I thought of taking those energy boost suplements for making my workouts more intense.
Anyways ya if you could give me some good advice on taking multiple supllements and info on cycling that would be a lot of help thanks.
