Supplements at 18

Hey just got a few questions, I’m looking to restock my supplement stash.
I’m only 18 so I dont want to take anything that will mess with my growth negatively like
A PH or AAS.
What can I take to bulk up ? Will an AI be okay like triazole or AE ?
Right now I take creatine, fish oil, whey, l Arginine, glutamine, multiV and BCAAs
Anything y’all recomend I’ll consider!

Hammer your peri-workout nutrition with proper supplementation (Dextrose/maltodextrin/Whey or Casien hydroslate) Cough Surge Recovery Cough or something very similar. Besides that, I’d say the basics are
-fish oil
-vitamin D,
-magnesium
-zinc
-creatine.

Ditch the glutamine and L-arginine.

Those only work in muscle mag ads.

Perhaps not for bulking, but glutamine is great for gut health.

I like going alternative between a 1,3 DMAA supp and workout carbs like Surge WF

L-arginine makes my ears itch, thats about it
