Hey people, Im heading into the police academy and wanted to know if I have to choose three supplements apart from creatine and protein (which I already have) what do you guys recommend I get?
Also what are some snack alternatives that I could use when I’m there in regards to getting in those extra calories? You see I want to try and add a few kilos whilst I’m down there (lean kilos). One snack I’ll be using is dates and nuts in a sandwich bag.
Any help would be much appreciated.
