Supplementing Around Fasted Cardio

caffeine doesn’t do much for me. I have a package and a half of Spike that I planned on using before rugby practice and I’ve tried taking 1 before and it didn’t do anything, I tried 2 the next practice and I still didn’t feel much.

I gave one to a friend though and he got really hyped up. Energy drinks, coffee, tea, just caffeinated stuff doesn’t do much for me. I’ll try taking one or two before tomorrow’s cardio and see if I notice any difference.

As to the Metabolic Drive should I drink one or two scoops worth before starting?
