Do I need to base my supplemental lifts, like fsl… F. E. Spoto bench on my comp bench tm? Or should fsl be performed with a tm I calculated for the spoto itself?
And when should i search my tm for the supplemental lifts? During 7th week tm test for the main lifts also?
You can find it during your 7th Week protocol, or you can just work up to weight you can do for 3-5 good, solid reps before the rest of your supplemental work.
