Heya ladies and gents,
I'm doing Mr. Thibaudeau's 12 weeks to war-ready guns program and it's great, but I'm trying to work in other lifts and workouts as well. All I've been doing is throwing some squats in right now.
I'm just curious because as of right now, my arms are sore for 3 or 4 days after a workout, as I have previously done more compound whole-body workouts and have not done this kind of intensity on a single appendage in a while.
So I'm thinking along with the one workout a week, plus adding squats in after the arm routine on the same day, 3 or 4 days later do some rows/pull-ups and deads.
Looking for some suggestions.
