Supplement Timing


Hey guys, right now I'm taking a multi, creatine, greens, glucosamine/chodroitin, and fish oil as supplements (all in capsule form except for the creatine).

My work schedule makes it difficult to spread them out through the day, so if I were to take all my daily supplements before breakfast, would I receive the same or similar benefits as if I took them at 2 - 3 different times throughout the day?


No, spreading them out definitely increases absorption (as absorption of pills are already low) but take them when you can.

Take the creatine after you workout.
