Is this correct?

Superfood is great before a workout or after a workout.

Metabolic Drive Complete is a meal replacement with no specific best time.

Grow! Whey is a high quality protein used for protein shakes with no particular best time.

Metabolic Drive, Low Carb is an even better option then Grow! Whey if money isn’t an issue and is a great bedtime snack.

Superfood is good anytime

Metabolic Drive… well… replaces a meal. D’oh.

GROW! Whey is best for when you need protein. EG you’re eating a carb-only meal.

Metabolic Drive protein is absorbed slower… So at certain times GROW! Whey is better. e.g. in the morning when you need to get the protein digested ASAP, or if you wanna pimp out your PWO meal/shake with extra protein.
