Supplement Timing for AM Workouts

I’m changing my workout schedule to am workouts, instead of pm. Here’s what it’ll look like:

Wakeup (1 scoop Metabolic Drive) @ 7.15
Workout 7.30 - 8.45
Shower/PWO Surge 9 - 10
Then my regular day schedule.

I used to workout in the evenings, from 6-8p or so.

My questions are:

  1. Would taking a scoop of Power Drive with my protein (pre-workout) be ok? Or will they interfere with one another? (How can I optimize both the protein intake and Power Drive?)

  2. I’m on a cycle of HOT-ROX right now. I used to take them at 9a, and again at 4p. How should I adjust timing to fit my new schedule?
    (I was thinking I could take it maybe 1.5 hours after the surge, or 3 hours PWO, and then again at 5 or 6)

  3. Random question: I’m planning on ‘cheating’ tomorrow (Superbowl party, so wings + beer, most likely). Should I drop supplementation for the day, as well? Or keep with regular supplements, and eat crap?

Someone has to have advice to offer?

rest of day all carbs from veggies. My method is kinda modeled after David Barr’s model.
