Supplement Timing and Negative Interactions

I’ve never really thought about it until now.

Are there any reasons to separate these supplements and not take together?

Time of day that is best?

Obviously no calcium with ZMA so no Metabolic Drive which has calcium.

Here are the supplements I’m taking daily.

Vitamin D3+K
Metabolic Drive
Collagen peptides


Nah. They aren’t going to go in one thing and then turn into anything harmful on the way through. They’re just some vitamins and food supps.

An example of a bad reaction: A friend of mine had some brain damage that caused seizures. He started taking creatine. The creatine made the seizures much more intense and frequent.

So he stopped taking creatine.
