I’m not a bodybuilder, but I have some constructive criticism for you: most people I know dont take things in all caps seriously, so you might want to edit it or people might just pass this right over as a joke.

�?� Years training? 7, last 2 for a better body, such as losing weight after H.S. football and being really overweight. Past year for total body building purposes.

�?� What? Whey Protein, Waxy Maise Starch, Glutamine, Creatine, Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin, BCAAS when I have them, Carbolin 19 and HOT-ROX Extreme soon when my cut gets farther along.

Improve Recovery and help with better muscle and strength endurance. Increase protein supplementation for post workout. Only do 1 shake a day, since liquid meals are best for post workout recovery.

Starting taking whey protein and creatine in H.S. but took it on a off and on basis. Maybe a total of like 3 months within 4 years. Last year and a half I have been consistently taking them.
�?� Why? Specific e.g. to improve recovery, increase intake etc. to increase recovery and take advantage of a good workout. perfect supplement intake can help gain muscle. Also fish oil is good for any healthy person to take.
