Supplement Stack for Working Out?

I’m looking for suggestions on what to stack:

I am currently using the Big Beyond Belief (4 days/week) and cardio on 1-2 days/week.

I use the following:

Multi vitamin
Omega 3 Fish Oil
1-2 protein bars/day
Muscle Milk
Super Amino 4000
Force Factor (NO)

I am thinking about switching to the NO3 Black Chrome (reviews seem good) and another Creatine.

I do not want a stimulant b/c I drink a lot of unsweet tea as my caffine source.

I don’t know if there is any health problems associated with NO3 (nitrate) as opposed to the NO2 (arganine).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as supplements go…

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is all you need dont waste your money on the other stuff.

No need for Glutamine unless you fast and take it on an empty stomach. And when you take it it will repair the GI tract and fuel the brain not repair muscles.

Just take:
A Multi vitamin/Mineral
Protein Powder
Bars if needed
Fish Oil
Vitamin C (2-5 grams a day)

Thats it don’t waste your money on the other stuff.
