I'm looking for suggestions on what to stack:
I am currently using the Big Beyond Belief (4 days/week) and cardio on 1-2 days/week.
I use the following:
Omega 3 Fish Oil
1-2 protein bars/day
Super Amino 4000
Force Factor (NO)
I am thinking about switching to the NO3 Black Chrome (reviews seem good) and another Creatine.
I do not want a stimulant b/c I drink a lot of unsweet tea as my caffine source.
I don't know if there is any health problems associated with NO3 (nitrate) as opposed to the NO2 (arganine).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
