I am currently recomping my body. Roughly 227lbs and 18% bodyfat…wanting to get considerably leaner…to be able to perform better for sports etc…
Currently using Creatine Monohydrate to help fuel my workouts
Fish Oils to help reduce bodyfat, keep organs health…etc
N0-Explode has always worked well for me for pre-workout, so won’t be changing that until first of year when I buy some Surge.
I use Carnitine as well. I get most of my nutrients and energy from clean eating. Does this sound like a solid supplement stack. In addition to that, I’ve seen reviews about Carbolin 19, and they seem mixed.
Can anyone else lend credence to its efficacy? Any suggestions would help. I currently train with weights 4-5 days a week, and push the prowler 6-7 days a week, depending on how I feel.
