Okay, In Beradi’s “Making Sense of Supplementation” article, he says to always cycle your supplements, w/ the exception of vitamains, MRP’s, and couple of others. He didn’t mention Fish Oil OR ZMA. I was lead to believe that ZMA was just another “vitamain” since us body builders, or the rest of the world for that matter, doesn’t get enough Zn or Mg. Also, TC says that he takes Tribex 5 days out of 7, all of the time?? Is that effective to “keep your parts working” without a dependence? I’m BY NO MEANS questioning the authority of these geniouses… I’m just not understanding… Worst case scenario is that they assumed me to know the above knowledge and make me feel like a complete idiot.
