Flaxseed oil, glutamine, multivitamin, b12 in the am
Whey protien after work out
Casien protien before bed
Is it ok to take the am stuff at the same time or should it be spread out?
should I drop the glutamine read lots of different opinions?
switch flaxseed for fishoil?

I have been cleaning it up though yesterday ate 3 eggs and two pancakes for break fast.
lunch was peanut butter sandwich and whey protein after a work out
dinner was a steak and fries
late snack was two chicken cutlets and a casien shake before bed.
new born woke me up at 4 am and I downed like 4 oreos

Cool, im no expert it definitely looks like you ain’t eating enough, drop the fries, replace with boiled, baked or mashed. or even rice. But generally more of everything.
