Supp Plan, Am I Missing Something?

Flaxseed oil, glutamine, multivitamin, b12 in the am
Whey protien after work out
Casien protien before bed

Is it ok to take the am stuff at the same time or should it be spread out?
should I drop the glutamine read lots of different opinions?
switch flaxseed for fishoil?

I’d add some Vitamin D (as D3) and switch to a good fish oil, and take those both in the morning. Just my opinion.

I don’t know about glutamine (I don’t take it), but flaxseed oil, multi, and b12 should be fine all at once.

ditch the flaxseed oil and go with fish oil, not that flaxseed oil is bad perse. but, the conversion of ALA into EPA is very small.

eat flaxseed (ground) if you’d like.

I really really wanted to. But a multi, omega 3s, vitamin d, and vitamin b12, are just good for anyone. So I restrained myself from asking “how’s your diet and training look?”, and answered the question with a limited answer.

I hear ya brother but kids and mortgage consume all $$$ eating good is well a little more $$$

I have been cleaning it up though yesterday ate 3 eggs and two pancakes for break fast.
lunch was peanut butter sandwich and whey protein after a work out
dinner was a steak and fries
late snack was two chicken cutlets and a casien shake before bed.

new born woke me up at 4 am and I downed like 4 oreos

Cool, im no expert it definitely looks like you ain’t eating enough, drop the fries, replace with boiled, baked or mashed. or even rice. But generally more of everything.
