hello all, i just finished my first cycle of Mag-10. I trained pretty intense but for only about 30 minutes, twice a week using a SuperSlow protocol. My weight shot up 8 pounds and my body fat actually dropped, from 14% to 12.2%!!! I am going to try another cycle in two weeks using a higher 2x a day dosage. I must say this is the first supp. that I have used that actually did what it claimed. Very pleased.
