I normally bench in sets of 4x3 (heavy weights)… if I try to do supersets every time I bench, such as 4x25, will I get better results? For some reason I have the idea that the more weight, the less reps, the quicker and more efficient results.
But to me it seems that if I did more (4x25) it is common sense I would get better results… so what’s the deal?
Heavier, fewer, better.
