I plan on incorporating these superman sets for a basketball player… I’m assuming the very short sets would be best for a basketball player. I was just wondering how long rest in between 5-10 second sets would be adequate?
Basketball players will benefit from short and moderate duration sets. I recommend going up as high as 20-25 seconds (which is basically the length of a ball possession). While also using shorter sets.
Take as little rest as you can while being able to maintain the number of reps at a certain weight.
