Whole vegetables and fruits have alkaline properties, which helps with pH balance, but does anyone know if Superfood has the same effect?
Not sure about THAT particular part, but for the moment just drink water and some squeezed lime.
John Berardi did a study which demonstrated that Greens+ raised the average pH of a group of people. I assume that Superfood and other similar products would have the same effect.
I also recall reading something recently that recommended either Superfood or glutamine with meals to reduce renal acid load. Might’ve been something Thib wrote.
I was thinking about trying that same pH test but using Superfood instead of greens+.
I’ve never heard Berardi recommend Superfood but I think he may have some financial interest in Greens+.
