I recently purchased several packs of Superfood and it’s good as always.
However, I noticed several carbohydrates as ingredients:
- Corn Starch
- Rice Flour
This isn’t really a problem except that I’m fasting and plan to try keto afterwards.
Do you happen to have any information on the amount of carbohydrates in Superfood or at least the amount of calories?
I know it’s not a big issue with the small portion size, but I like to do things properly.
