It seems that there is a growing interest in Superdrol here at T-Nation, so I thought I’d post my recent experience with it. I’ve just completed a Superdrol cycle and will be starting PCT in about another week after another week of Prostanozol. Some key information. I’m 34 years old with a goal of bulking and adding strength after dieting and cutting over the last two years. I’m a FFB (Former Fat Boy) and progressed from 295 lbs down to 210 lbs. I’ve been using a Westside template since January as follows:
Monday - Upper Body ME
Tuesday - Off or Cardio
Wednesday - Lower Body DE
Thursday - Upper Body DE
Friday - Off
Saturday - Lower Body ME
Sunday - GPP/Cardio
PRs prior to this cycle:
Box Squat - 280 lbs
ATG Squat - 250 lbs
Deadlift - 345 lbs
Bench Press - 275 lbs
2 Board Press - 280 lbs
Diet prior to cycle has been clean with approx 3000 cals daily and 200-300 grams of protein. During this cycle, I consumed around 4000 cals daily with protein close to 300 grams daily. I tried to keep it clean during cycle, but thought it more important to just eat.
Daily supplements will be as follows:
NAC - 2 Caps
RYR w/CoQ10 - 2 Caps
Fish Oil - 6 Caps
Flax Oil - 6 Caps
Fiber Choice - 4 Tablets
Multivitamin - 1 Tablet
Glucosamin Chondroitin w/MSM - 2 Tablets
HOT-ROX - 6 Caps
Low-Carb Grow
Grow! Bars
I would use Milk Thistle, but seem to have an allergy to it. I’ve broken out in hives with prior use.
No prior PH or AAS cycles. Starting weight 210.2 lbs. BF% typically 16% - 18% using three-site skin fold test and calipers.
Day One (July 6): 10mg Superdrol (SD) @ 6:00 am. Increased hunger later in the day - especially PWO. Noticed slightly discomfortable leg pump which is highly unusual and good stamina, but likely just a placebo effect.
Day Two (July 7): 212.8 lbs. 10mg SD @ 6:00 am. Increased hunger continues. Experiencing leg DOMS - unusual. Stamina seems better - again likely placebo, but I’ll run with it.
Day Three (July 8): 213.2 lbs. 10mg SD @ 7:00 am. Lingering leg DOMS. Took some measurements:
Chest: 41.5"
Right Arm: 16.5"
Left Arm: 16.0"
Waist (Belt): 36.0"
Waist (Handles): 38.0"
The supposed diuretic effect of SD is kicking in - got up to piss three times last night. I’m trying to drink 1.5 - 2.0 gals of water daily. Experiencing some back DOMS in the evening.
Day Four (July 9): 214.2 lbs. 10mg @ 7:30 am. Leg DOMs gone. Still pissing alot. Fired up for my workout today. 10:30 am workout - Good workout, awesome pump, noticed some back pumps. Some itchiness in nipples - no puffiness or soreness.
Day Five (July 10): 216.0 lbs. 10mg @ 7:30 am. Arm pumps throughout the day. Appetite not as pronounced, though eating alot. Still some itchiness in nipples, but no puffiness or soreness.
Day Six (July 11): 216.8 lbs. 10mg @ 6:00 am. Arm DOMS. Woke up starving. 10 mg SD @ 6:00 pm. Set 2-board press PR @ 295 lbs. I’m focusing on the 2-board press throughout, to work on a weak point 4" off my chest and to take pressure off my shoulder. Feeling very powerful. Still some itchiness in nipples - no gyno though. Probably just my mind messing with me.
Day Seven (July 12): 215.8 lbs. 10 mg SD @ 6:00 am. Unbelievable recovery from yesterday - feel as if I could work same parts again. Still starving. Got a comment that I’m looking bigger in the shoulders from a girl at work. 10mg SD @ 6:00 pm - great workout stamina.
Day Eight & Day Nine - Had to travel. Continued to take SD @ 20 mgs a day.
Day Ten (July 15): 10 mg SD @ 4:00 am. 10 mg SD @ 2:00 pm. Great workout despite lack of sleep from travelling. Huge chest pump. Wife commented that my chest and shoulders are looking huge. Noticing some signs of suppression.
Day Eleven (July 16): 221.2 lbs. 10mg SD @ 7:00 am. Great recovery. Good workout - set Box Squat PR @ 290 lbs. 10 mg SD @ 2:00 pm. Checked blood pressure - 140/70.
Day Twelve (July 17): 219.6 lbs. 10 mg SD @ 7:00 am. Calipers measure BF% @ 17.0%. Feeling some lethargy, but workout was great. Good arm pumps. Ran a mile with no back discomfort. 10 mg SD @ 1:00 pm.
Day Thirteen (July 18): 222.2 lbs. 10 mg SD @ 6:00 am. 10 mg SD @ 6:00 pm. Great workout. New 2-board press PR @ 300 lbs. Somewhat painful shoulder pumps. Extremely hungry post workout. Feel strong but not as invincible - getting used to the new confidence.
Day Fourteen (July 19): 225.0 lbs. 10 mg SD @ 6:00 am. Calipers measure at 17.6% BF. Measurements are as follows:
Chest: 43.0"
Right Arm: 16.75"
Left Arm: 16.50"
Waist (Belt): 37.0"
Waist (Handles): 38.0"
10mg SD @ 4:30 pm. Back pumps at end of workout. Good workout density. Acne starting - chest, stomach, face.
I’m out of time for now, but I’ll post the remainder of my log later today or tomorrow. I made some great gains in week three.
