Last night I got to thinking about The Super Squats program…then my mind wandered into thinking about the Trap Bar/ Hex Bar Deadlifts:
It made me wonder if you could do a Super Squats hybrid by repalcing the Squat with the Trap Bar Deadlifts? (TBDL)
TBDL 1 x 20
Bent Row 2 x 15
Bench 3 x 10
OHP 3 x 10
Has any one here done anything like this?
