Super Soldier, Shield Day Shoulder Specialization?

Paul, is this a nice shoulder specialization for push day in shield phase?

Press Behind Neck(main lift)
Lateral Raise
Face Pull
Plate Raise (100reps)
Superset: fly and triceps pushdown.

And maybe on my pull day put upright row as my trap move, to increase the recruiting of the shoulders. What do you think ?

Specialization means that everything else goes into maintenance mode, and generally you’re training that muscle at least twice a week.

So that doesn’t really fit with the overall theme of the SSP.
