Super Heavyweight Looking for More Power


Hey, Guys And gals. im new to the forum just wanted to post on here to break the Ice.

My question is, whats a good intermediate program for a Super Heavy weight powerlifter. just looking for something about 10 weeks long. ive been just doing alot of cardio as of late to cut weight (down to 444 form 468). any help would be appreciated
