Super Gripper Workout

Anybody know a workout I can do with it?

KTA program was used by the guy in my avatar Joe Kinney first guy to close the #4. Anyways go to the gripboard.com to look up several logs of other peopls programs also. That site has all the grip freaks hah. What #'s did you start with? I can close a #3 right now with slightly deep set, took some time I mostly did heavy singles and some negatives after squat days.

The key is not to do too much volume, you will be tempted as they are addictive but will cause some injuries if your not careful.

KTA was developed from Joe Kinneys training (Kinney Training Adapted). It’s pretty high volume (weekly) not something you can easily fit into another routine. At some stages you are training with the grippers 6 days a week.
Mind you it does work.
