Recently I’ve been experimenting with niacin supplementation later on at night after I get sunburnt.
If you’ve ever had high doses of niacin (500mg and up), you’re probably familiar with the burning sensation you get from almost all the blood in your body being flushed to your skin.
So after getting sunburnt, I thought "well if sunburn is simply radiation being deposited into your skin, then having large amounts of blood circulating to your skin would help remove the toxins and begin the healing process.
I think it works, try it and let me know. (if you’re trying a niacin flush for the first time, I wouldn’t do more than 500mg, and don’t operate heavy machinery as my first time I felt a little light-headed)
