Sumo vs Conventional...

Ok, if any of you remember my critique thread from wayyyy back (which none of you do)… http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=540606&pageNo=0#540615 The general consensus was that my hammies and traps needed the most work. I do conventional style deadlifts.

My question is, if I start to do sumo style deadlifts, will the different angles and hand positions hit my hamstrings and traps differently? Is it worth switching styles for hypertrophy?

By the way, I’m up to 170~175 lbs right now… Bulking pics will be up in a few months.
