Sumo SLDL

Did my leg day today and I decided to give my SLDLs a tweak and did them with a wide wide stance.

I was trying to workout how this wide stance will affect muscle recruitment and emphasis when compared to a doing the lift with a standard stance.

I should know the answer to this question but I’ve basically confused myself.

More glutes, adductors, gracilis, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, and vastus medialis.

Less biceps femoris and vastus lateralis.
