Hey t-men! Had an awesome workout tonight which included sumo deadlifts. It was great, but my torso seems to lean forward when I perform the sumos. Is this suppose to happen? Pleas advice – thanks guys!
I just think about throwing my shoulders back, looking up, and driving up with the heels, and that seems to do the trick for me. Also, you might want to try sitting your butt down more, you could have it too high up and back at the bottom position. Good luck. - PJ
